Your courts, full in the daytime too

Unicourt brings players to your club and replaces the paper journal at the front desk. It does not touch your money, your prices or the way you work with guests.

Free for the first partner clubs — no card, no contract to sign before you have seen it working.

Your money and your prices stay yours

Players pay the club directly — KHQR, cash, your own terminal — exactly as they do today. Unicourt does not collect, hold or pass through court payments.

Prices, discounts, peak hours and cancellation rules are set by the club, in the panel, and can be changed any day.

If the platform ever charges players a small booking fee for organising a game, it is shown to the player separately and never taken out of your court price.

Connected in one afternoon

We need your list of courts, opening hours, prices and a phone or Telegram for the front desk. We enter everything ourselves.

Your staff get a login to the panel and a 15-minute walkthrough. The calendar shows every court by the hour; a booking by phone is two taps.

Keep the paper journal alongside for the first weeks if you like. Double bookings are impossible by design, so nothing gets lost in between.

More players, not just a calendar

Players open games by level — “Tuesday 10:00, level 3.0–3.5, 2 spots left” — and others join. Each game is a booking of your court at an hour that would otherwise stand empty.

Open games are published to the city feed and the city Telegram channel, so a player who has never heard of your club comes for the game and discovers the club.

Your club page with live availability is indexed by Google, and a one-line widget puts the same schedule on your own website.

Questions clubs ask

How much does it cost?

The first 3 months are free. After that — the subscription in the table above, from $30 a month, with 30 days’ notice before anything changes.

Do we have to change how we take payment?

No. Players pay you the way they do now. The panel only records whether a booking is paid so the front desk does not have to remember.

What if we want to stop?

Tell us and we switch the club off; you get an export of your bookings and guests. No penalties, no lock-in.

What does Unicourt see about our guests?

Bookings and results of games — that is what the calendar and ratings run on. Your guest list is yours; players’ contacts are not shown to other clubs and are never sold.

Does it work without Telegram?

Yes. Players use the website with Google, e-mail or a phone number; Telegram is one option, not a requirement. Staff use the panel in any browser.
