These terms apply to unicourt.app, the Unicourt Telegram Mini App and the booking widget on club websites (together, “the service”). By creating an account or making a booking you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service is operated by Sergey Kharkin as an individual while the operating company in Cambodia is being registered; the company will take over these terms when registered, and this page will say so. Contact: t.me/unicourta · hello@unicourt.app · m.me/sergei.kharkin
Unicourt shows courts of partner clubs, lets you book them or ask the club for a booking, lets you organise and join open games with other players, and keeps a skill level for you. Unicourt is not a club and does not own or operate courts. Clubs set their own prices, opening hours and cancellation rules; those rules are shown when you book and are part of your agreement with the club.
You must be 16 or older. One person — one account. Keep your sign-in method (Telegram, phone, email or Google) secure; anything done from your account counts as done by you until you tell us it was compromised. The name you choose is visible to other players and club staff; do not impersonate anyone or use offensive names.
A booking is a contract between you and the club. Unicourt does not collect payment for courts: you pay the club directly, at the club or by the club’s own payment method, unless the app clearly says otherwise for a specific club. If a booking is not paid or confirmed within the time the club sets, the club may release it. Cancellations and no-shows follow the club’s policy shown at booking; a club may refuse future bookings to players who repeatedly do not show up.
When you join an open game you commit to the other players, not just to the club: show up on time or leave the game early enough for someone else to take your place. The organiser sets the level range; joining a game far above or below your level spoils it for everyone and may be reversed by the organiser. A game that does not fill by the club’s deadline is cancelled automatically and the court is released.
Your level (1.0–5.0) is calculated from results that you and your opponents enter and confirm. It is an estimate for matching players of similar strength, not a ranking with prizes attached. Entering false results, or confirming results of games that did not happen, is grounds for removing the rating or the account.
Club staff use the service under a separate agreement between the club and Unicourt. Staff see bookings on their own courts and the display names of players; they must use this only to run the club. Guest records that staff create belong to the club.
Do not scrape the service, probe it for weaknesses, send unsolicited messages to other players, book courts you do not intend to use, or use the service for anything unlawful. We may limit or close accounts that do.
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee it: courts, clubs, Telegram, SMS and email providers are outside our control. To the extent the law of Cambodia allows, Unicourt is not liable for indirect losses, for a club’s failure to honour a booking, for injuries during play, or for the conduct of other players. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You can delete your account at any time (see the privacy policy). We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, after telling you why unless the law prevents it. Bookings already made remain your obligation to the club.
If these terms change in a way that matters, the date above changes and the change is described here; continuing to use the service after that means accepting the new terms. These terms are governed by the law of the Kingdom of Cambodia. The English text is the binding one; the Khmer text is a translation for convenience.
